Funds will be awarded quarterly.
Application deadlines for each quarter are as follows: February 15, May 15, August 15, and November 15.
Applications submitted that do not get awarded may resubmit for consideration the following quarter. All applicants may request funds as often as needed.
The winners and award amounts will be chosen at the discretion of Vesper Energy staff.
The non-profit organization or group must be based in Indiana or Armstrong Counties or serve the people of Indiana or Armstrong Counties.
The non-profit organization or group’s intent must benefit the people or institutions of Indiana or Armstrong Counties.
Any awarded funds must be used exclusively in support of programs, efforts, or events directly related to Indiana or Armstrong Counties.
The non-profit organization or group must be a registered entity with Pennsylvania and provide proof of a W9 tax form.
